I've been writing content for Rick's websites since August 2015. Much of the work has been replacing "thin" content (created by previous writers) with well-researched information that is valuable to both readers and search engines.
For 2018/2019, the sweet spot has been 2,500+ words. However, competitive Realtors® are becoming far more web-savvy, and many are already publishing more than 2,000 words per article page to earn top rankings. For some very competitive cities, we've had to create pages of up to 6,000 words to be competitive.
