Locating keywords that have a high supply and low demand are the most effective.

Your Monthly SEO/SMO Plan subscription is on a month-to-month basis. There's no long-term contract. That means we have to earn your continued business each month with results. You can cancel at any time.

We generally install analytics to track traffic. If you already have Google Analytics (or comparable software) in place we will include the results in our monthly reporting.

The first month or two we'll optimize the code in your website so that search engines can index your website more affectively.

An HTML sitemap and XML sitemap will be created. The results from many of the automated sitemap plugins have not proven nearly as affective as those from a carefully had edited XML file, particularly on modified WordPress installs.

XML sitemaps will be submitted to Google and Yahoo!. We also ping MSN and Ask.com.

We can create or edit a robots.txt file to exclude any content we don't want indexed. This can be import in optimizing site relevance.

Search engines are looking for quality content, first and foremost. Our copy writers will develop highly optimized article pages for your site that will support your keyword search phrases. These will not appear on your menu but are located on your sitemap and they will receive internal linking from other pages. This helps the search engines locate your website for specific targeted keyword search terms. It also helps to establish relevance as an authority in your industry. We can submit all articles for approval before adding them, if you desire.

Monthly ranking summary reports and Google Analytics derived traffic reports will be delivered monthly to show you your progress. You will receive login details to our site, where you will be able to access monthly reports.

The Monthly SEO/SMO Plan budget does not permit us to work on all aspects of SEO or SMO each month, so we choose the marketing strategies we believe will deliver the greatest return on investment over the short and long term.

Throughout the program, we will provide consulting. Sometimes this will take the form of meetings, in person or over the phone/Internet. We also provide consulting in our reporting.

Do we offer a guarantee? You decide. For some short-term customers we offer a guarantee of at least 10 brand new top-10 rankings (on the big-4 engines: Google, Yahoo!, Bing and Ask.com) each month or the month is free. For clients with a long-term strategy, a guarantee can be quite counterproductive. With a guaranteed plan we must focus on achieving monthly quotas, so we get paid for our work, rather than forgoing immediate results in favour of a greater return on investment over the first year.
